About Me

Xia Yiwei (夏一巍), Nemo, is an associate professor at the School of Law, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He received a B.A. in Engineering (Forensic Science) and Law (2012) from Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL), an M.A. in Criminology (2015), and a Ph.D. in Sociology (2019) from the University of Macau. His work appears in China Review, Journal of Contemporary China, Sociological Methods & Research, Stata Journal, Journal of Criminal Justice, Justice Quarterly, Child Development & Social Science Review, etc. His research interests include quantitative methods, juvenile delinquency, addictive behavior, substance abuse, criminology & criminal justice, and social demography.
